AL-DV Welding Wire Feeder from Alpha Laser
For laser wires, we are now offering a wire feeding system developed by ALPHA LASER. It is suitable for wire thicknesses of 0.2 - 1.6 mm. The conversion to a different wire diameter is very quickly done.
The system is compact, robust and easy to use via the touch panel. The conveying process is shown animated on the display. A sophisticated sensor system reliably feeds the wire and monitors the wire run, the sticking and the end of the wire.
The system is ideal for automated wire deposition welding for your series production.
The scope of delivery also includes an external handpiece for manual welding that you can quickly connect. The wire can be fed manually using two buttons.
