Manufacturing Solutions is now in its sixth year.
Hosted by GTMA (the British Gauge and Tool Makers Association) and TUS, this popular event has been extended to include a Manufacturing Technology Zone and an inaugural Digitalisation of Manufacturing conference.
150 of the most advanced providers of metrology, machine tools, work holding, cutting tools and CAD/CAM/PLM manufacturing software and ancillary products and services will be exhibiting at the event.

TLM will be joining the exhibitors at the event and in the Manufacturing Technology Zone we will be demonstrating some of the very latest developments in industrial laser systems.
Come along to the show and you’ll be one of the first to see a new laser marking system that delivers ULTRA dark black marking. When we say “ULTRA”, we mean “ULTRA” but for more information you’ll have to wait until the show opens.

One that may be of special interest to those in the medical sector is the Alpha Laser ALV. The ALV is an extremely compact laser welding system that comes complete with laser, traversing system, extraction and full laser safety.
When the laser safe housing is closed. it can be used in a normal production environment with no additional safety precautions. However, just a few simple steps will convert it into an open laser ready to process longer or larger components.
With applications including the welding of small parts, micro welding and the production of surgical instruments, the ALV is virtually a custom-made medical industry solution.
