MACH 2024 Recap: TLM Laser’s Record-Breaking Performance

As the doors closed on MACH 2024, one of the largest gatherings of engineering and manufacturing professionals in the UK, we found ourselves amidst a whirlwind of excitement, innovation, and record-breaking achievements. With every edition, MACH sets the stage for industry leaders to showcase their latest technology, forge valuable connections, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the realm of engineering and manufacturing.

MACH 2024

For our team, MACH 2024 was not just another exhibition — it was an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to innovation and our dedication to excellence, as well as assist attendees with their ever-growing thirst for knowledge on the transformative power of laser technology.

Breaking a Company All-Time Record

The hard work and dedication of the entire TLM backroom and exhibition team saw a tremendous uptake in leads from the esteemed attendees. We are therefore pleased to announce that this boosted interest resulted in the shattering of our all-time company record for the most leads collected in one exhibition!

Stand highlights such as the TLM X Leatherman competition, the showcasing of state-of-the-art laser machinery and having top industry experts from TLM on hand were just some of the contributing factors to our exceptional success.

Watch as our marketing executive Tom takes you through the exciting features of the TLM stand below.

Signs of Growth for Laser Technology and UK Industry

This amazing achievement by the TLM team has highlighted and helped us to identify two overall industry trends which excite us just as much as breaking company records.

Firstly, there was an overwhelming sense of greater adoption of laser systems for industrial applications. More and more businesses year on year are looking towards this technology to revolutionise their manufacturing processes, discovering the benefits of higher precision, faster process speed and reductions in waste and unnecessary spending.

Secondly, the UK manufacturing sector which has had a turbulent history has a bright future. The manufacturing businesses and future project plans which we heard throughout the week at the NEC highlighted the great efforts that the collective industry is putting in to ensure prosperity and growth for UK manufacturing.

MACH 2026: Looking Ahead

As we bid farewell to MACH 2024 and reflect on such a successful show, one thing becomes abundantly clear: the future of the laser industry for engineering and manufacturing is a bright one.

We are immensely grateful to have been part of such an extraordinary event, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the attendees who visited the TLM Laser stand. We are also extremely excited to announce that we already are confirmed to be exhibiting at the next MACH exhibition in 2026!

Our Next Exhibitions

If you did not get a chance to see us at the MACH Exhibition then do not worry you will still have plenty of chances to see our top of the range systems and talk to our expert engineers at the next shows we have lined up. We will be at TUS in Limerick, Ireland for the Manufacturing Solutions show in June. We will also be back at the NEC in October for Advanced Engineering.
