See us at SPE Offshore Europe

TLM stand IL30, 5-8 September, P&J Live, Aberdeen.

SPE (the Society of Petroleum Engineers) Offshore Europe Conference and Exhibition give the offshore energy value chain the means to accelerate the transition to a better energy future.

Covering topics that range from Energy Security, Energy Transition and Innovative Technology, SPE Offshore Europe will feature the evolving nature of the industry and its move towards a net zero future.

TLM’s role

From laser welding to cutting, marking to cleaning, TLM Laser offers products and systems that cover virtually the entire laser application  spectrum – all from world class manufacturers.

Where traceability is one of the essential requirements, our product partners FOBA are the acknowledged experts in industrial laser marking.

There will be a range of FOBA marking systems on the stand, ready to provide made to measure marking solutions for the Offshore industry.

Mobile Welding Solutions

Alpha Laser mobile laser welding systems are ideally suited to heavy equipment environments.

Products such as the AL FLAK provide the perfect example. Equipped with a long projecting laser arm it can be mounted on a caterpillar chassis. The laser can then be moved directly to the workpiece to make any necessary repairs.

With no need to move a potentially large, heavy and cumbersome item such as a drive shaft, any necessary work required can be carried out without unnecessary disruption or delay.

A range of Alpha Laser Mobile solutions will be on display.

Also on show will be the Lightweld – a portable handheld laser.

Handheld laser welding

Again, this can be moved to the workpiece and the work carried there and then - faster and with higher quality and more consistent results across a wide range of materials and thicknesses when compared to MIG and TIG.

Speed of light cleaning

Still offering the advantages of mobility and portability, the JETLASER by 4JET offers precision handheld and flexible laser cleaning.

Rust and paint can be removed without abrasion or damage to the substrate. No chemicals are involved and the process is carried out in an entirely environmentally friendly and cost-effective way.

JETLASER can be manually operated ergonomically with a handheld end effector or incorporated with a robot interface for automated processing.

You can see the JETLASER for yourself on the TLM stand.
